Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 3/4 cup gluten free all purpose 1-to-1 flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Equipment

  • 1 Stand Mixer optional
  • 2 Cookie sheets
  • 1 Roll Parchment Paper optional
  • 1 2 TBS Cookie Scooper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line your cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together all the wet ingredients and sugar and brown sugar (butter, egg, vanilla, milk)
  3. Add the dry ingredients (GF flour, baking soda, salt) and mix well.
  4. Add the white chocolate and strawberries. Mix well.
  5. Using a 2 TBSP cookie scoop, place the balls of dough onto your cookie sheets. 12 per pan.
  6. Bake at 350℉ for 22 minutes.
